Minimum Salary Range
Job SummaryThis position is responsible for leading the development of functional and non-functional business requirements.
Responsibilities* Participate in strategy discussions and other business unit (BU) discussions to understand and capture high level business needs * Assist both innovation and strategy development with subject matter expertise, when appropriate * Responsible for the development of user stories and user acceptance criteria for Epics to drive planning for the data component of projects and programs * Lead the gathering, analysis, documentation, and communication of business and technical requirements for new solutions * Work with Application Architect, Solutions Architect, or Data Architect to translate requirements into functional / technical specs * Identify key healthcare, innovation and technology trends and analyze the potential implications for the curation of data products valuable to the business * Validate business and technical requirements are met during the project delivery process and during User Acceptance Testing * Represent business/stakeholder interests by understanding and driving business needs and desires to implementation * Understands the business process / support functions for their business group * Assist both innovation and strategy development with subject matter expertise, when appropriate * Support the Data Engineer in serving business customers, as needed * Perform data profiling as part of understanding data and structures Required Job Qualifications: * Bachelor degree OR Technical Certification and/or college courses and 1 year of data and analytics experience OR 4 years of data and analytics experience * Experience in requirements management and/or prototyping * Knowledge of system architecture * Knowledge of big data and analytical technologies * Knowledge of data processing environments * Knowledge of Agile project management * Ability to simplify & standardize complex concepts and/or processes * Business acumen * SDLC (systems development life cycle) / Iterative / Agile / Scrum development * Oral & written communication skills Preferred Job Qualifications: * Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or Information Technology
