The Associate Product Support Specialist is responsible for providing system, payroll, payroll tax, and ancillary product support to Heartland staff. This position will assist with time clock and Point of Sale interfaces.
What will you be doing?
- Basic knowledge of Swipeclock and InfiniTime
- Basic System level knowledge
- Ability to schedule and complete manageable Installs
- Able to meet set-up deadlines
- Excel/Sheets software experience
-Ability to lead client training webinars
-Ability to be timely in reporting for work & meeting deadlines
-Ability to meet monthly set up goals
What are the requirements?
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Education: Associates degree preferred
Experience: 1 year minimum related experience in Payroll, Tax, and/or Ancillary Products to move to next level
