This position is 20 hours per week: Wednesdays 12:00pm-4:00pm and Thursdays and Fridays from 7:30am-4:00pm.Acts as an Advocate and Liaison for patients and visitors from the time they arrive until they leave. Promotes positive guest relations. Receives comments and directs the guests to the appropriate individual or department. Maintains traffic flow in the front circle. Provides direction and information, often of a confidential and sensitive nature, working inside as well as outside to accommodate our guests.
- Education: HS Diploma OR GED; or previous customer service experience.
- Experience: Previous Customer Service preferred
- License/Certification Required: Valid Driver's License
- Skills: Must possess great customer skills
