*Highland Hospital is seeking a Full Time Director of Patient Experience to join its Highland Family. Candidates for this role would work Monday - Friday, Days, in an exempt level role.
Oversees the planning, development and implementation of the Highland Hospital Service Excellenceand Patient Family Centered Care Initiative, designed to improve patient, physician,and staff satisfaction. Takes initiative to develop new services and improve existing processes to create an environment of Patient Family Centered Care. Functions as a primary resource/coach for staff, physicians and leadership regarding all aspects of the service excellence throughout the hospital. Maintains communication with system-wide Patient Experience leaders and fosters continuity in system-wide service excellence standards.
Provides leadership and oversight for the Patient Relations Department including the coordination of all processes and procedures that govern the patient relations process. Responsible for reporting to the senior leadership on metrics and trends that evaluate the effectiveness of current programs and service as they relate to the overall patient experience.
Provides oversight of administrative support to the medical staff of Highland Hospital including assistance with access to information and other requests as appropriate.
· Education: Bachelor's Degree preferably in a health careadministration or related field, Master's preferred.
· Experience (minimum): 3-5 years inadministrative role preferably in health care.
· License/Certification Required: Certified Patient ExperienceProfessional designation preferred
· Skills: Personable, collaborative,enthusiastic, high emotional intelligence; must possess a positive attitudetoward customer satisfaction and be a results oriented individual; candidatemust possess excellent verbal and written communication skills; advancedcomputer skills, organized and detailed oriented.
