LPN responsible for much of the direct patient care services. This includes, but is not limited to weight, height, blood pressure, vision screening, minor lab procedures, and wound care. LPN will help monitor and maintain a consistent patient flow from the waiting room to the exam rooms. Maintains cleanliness of exam rooms as well as keeping them stocked of supplies.
- Education: Fulfills educational requirements to practice as an LPN in NYS
- Experience: Previous LPN experience in a primary care setting preferred.
- License/Certification Required: Licensed to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in New York State; BLS required (American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare providers or American Red Cross CPR for professional Healthcare providers)
- Skills: Obtain VS, Room Patients, Perform Minor Laboratory Procedures, Assist the Providers as necessary, administer Immunizations, and phone triage
