The Nurse Recruitment Specialist – Front Desk assisting, Data entry and Onboarding. This will include entering new hire details and other job changes in Highland Hospital's HRIS System. The HR Specialist will work directly with Recruitment Staff and remain in communication with them and/or new hire to ensure a smooth transition for Managers and new staff. This role serves as a backup for HR Specialist – Onboarder. Those duties include background / academic checks, i9's and general orientation information. The HR Specialist will also assist with other areas of Nurse Recruitment including filing and applicant tracking system support as needed.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in HR preferred; or equivalent experience preferred.
- Experience: 2+ years of previous Human Resources experience preferred, although new graduates encouraged to apply
