Performsfull range of duties related to processing patient information for visits whichmay include: reception, telephone management, registration, Check-in andCheck-out, appointment scheduling, medical records management, and insuranceprior authorization with the different insurance companies for ordered testing. Responsible for accurate and timely input ofcollected information into the hospital information systems. Provides essentialclinical support for several Practice Providers.
Highschool diploma or GED; or equivalent experience.
Experience: Previous medical office and medical terminology experience preferred
