Description


The Office & Facilities Puller / Housekeeper pulls and returns merchandise and supplies for the Office and Facilities and Special Projects teams. The Office & Facilities Puller/Housekeeper also provides exceptional service to the Art/Creative Department by performing all cleaning and upkeep tasks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Keeps physical inventory and storage areas well organized and clean
  • Alerts Team Leader of inventory concerns and needs
  • Pulls and returns merchandise and craft supplies
  • Assists in upkeep of department vehicles to ensure proper working order
  • Performs regular maintenance, cleaning and organization within the warehouse
  • Follows all warehouse procedures
  • Cleans entire facility including office and warehouse areas
  • Maintains floors by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and/or scrubbing
  • Cleans interior windows
  • Dusts offices, cubicles, entryways and stairwells
  • Checks and distributes mail to appropriate persons daily as needed
  • Assists and cleans for special events and meetings
  • Performs work-related errands as assigned
  • Maintains a clean and orderly work station
  • Follows all Art/Creative safety policies and procedures including the proper use of PPE (personal protective equipment).
  • Adapts to additional duties and tasks
  • Contributes to team effort by fulfilling responsibilities with a positive attitude

  • Ability to perform job duties at the corporate office in Oklahoma City (Accommodation for location flexibility, such as telecommuting, is not available.)
