Flexible Schedule Monday - Friday, + Saturdays & Sundays
• Gathers utensils necessary for serving entree items for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
• Assists in putting out items on trailing for all meals.
• Places meal selections on plate according to menu.
• Cleans assigned areas. Removes pots, cleans cold tables.
• Removes any leftover plates from patient service and brings to dish room.
• Stocks line with required items for meal service.
• Places required items on patient trays in specified locations according to menu selection.
• Cleans cold stations, wipes counters, puts away supplies and cleans refrigerators.
• Gathers any items needed for station and places in appropriate place.
• Brews coffee for service. Checks area for necessary items including mugs/lids, disposable cups, grease pencil, creamers, milks.
• Places coffee, tea water, decaf coffee and frozen desserts in designated spot on try according to menu selection.
• Wipes coffee station, pushes cup racks to dish room, and replenishes supplies as needed.
• Delivers all late meal calls. Sets up complimentary dinners.
• Serves trays to patients according to tray deliveries schedule.
• Collects all trays from patient rooms and pantries using cart.
• Cleans carts and assists in cleaning silverware. Pushes carts with covers and trays from dish room to main kitchen. Clean carts and mat trays. Breaks down patient trays in dish room.
• Fills SDS orders according to requisition.
• Places domes on trays as they reach the end of trailing. Checks for cleanliness until all trays have been covered.
• Restocks areas with appropriate domes.
