At ID Logistics, the IT Project Manager is a critical role that helps ensure the success of Operations for our customers. As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for successful deployments of small to medium-sized projects through managing, directing, and overseeing the planning and execution. You will provide leadership in managing resources and ensuring the delivery of project milestones per the project plan. You will work independently and exhibit a high degree of initiative in managing project issues by documenting and tracking issues to closure. You will utilize ID Logistics approved Project Management tools for managing project scope, schedule, and issues, for reporting project status to all levels of management. Job Responsibilities * Demonstrate basic project management skills - managing tasks, resources, scope, risk mitigation, and project issue management * Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing at all levels of Management, Client, Team members, and external stakeholders * Identify and manage project issues proactively * Navigate the dynamics in a multi-client environment with varying priorities and goals * Prepare project status reports and brief management in support of project goals * Prepare, oversee, and maintain project schedules * Develop weekly status reports identifying issues and documenting the status of each work assignment and plans for the following reporting period * Create and maintain project artifacts including project plan, communication plan, and issue management plan * Schedule meetings with the project team, stakeholders, and other participants; prepare agendas; and take meeting minutes capturing discussion points and action item Excellent presentation skills and client presence. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills; effectively communicate strategic messages to target audiences Education and Training * Bachelor's degree in a Business-related field or equivalent experience Salary: $63,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year * Three (3) or more years of Project Management experience * PMP is not required but is a plus * Adept at project management skills and techniques * Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Work Plan, and Smartsheet, etc.) * Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook * Ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines * Demonstrated initiative in creative thinking with attention to detail Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Protected Veterans/Disabled
