Observes and adheres to all corporate compliance requirements and communicates issues as they arise to the appropriate parties as identified in the Corporate Compliance Plan. Accepts responsibility for assuring that employees working under their supervision have knowledge of laws that apply to them.

Required Skills:

  • Required Skills:

    • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and a Baccalaureate Degree required.

    • State licensure for Illinois required if RN.

    • At least five (5) years of experience in nursing with three (3) years of supervisory

    • Interpersonal skills necessary to work productively with all levels of hospital personnel and to facilitate the activities of a group of employees.

    • Verbal, analytical and written skills to effectively communicate.

    • An understanding of fiscal accountability and the monitoring/compliance with fiscal objectives.

    • Certification/competencies relevant as determined by departments.

    • Knowledge of basic computer software.
