Reports to the Director of the Trauma Recovery Center. Is responsible for performing data input, data collection, data summaries and detailed analyses for various types of outcomes and performance improvement reports, including those reports required in the format prescribed by the National Trauma Recovery Center and State of NJ Attorney General s Office. Collect, organize and manage large data sets, analyzing healthcare data to optimize clinical outcomes and communicate findings through the use of data and detailed reports. Able to create custom-formatted data reports to correlate with Quality Management projects to include generating summary of "events," creating reports with summary descriptive statistics and "data visualization" tools to create graphics that convey the "information" in the data.
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Healthcare Administration or related field with one (1) year experience. CPHQ preferred. Proficiency using Microsoft Suite products including Excel (pivot tables, functions and macros) and Access required. Successful completion of site personnel general orientation. Successful completion of department specific orientation.
