This position is located in Logan, UT, USA
How will you make an impact?
This position is part of the Manufacturing Engineering Team which includes mechanical engineers, controls engineers, project managers, and technicians all of whom, as a team, are responsible for equipment across multiple division manufacturing sites.
What will you do?
This position will assist in day-to-day and project-specific tasks critical to the success of the team. These tasks include, but are not limited to:
-Purchasing activities including: reviewing BOMs, drafting RFQs, placing orders, and tracking receipt of goods
-Financial activities including: drafting capital appropriations requests and forecasting future expected spend
-Accounting activities including: tracking spend across multiple projects and keeping records up-to-date
-Clerical activities including: ensuring various project and design files are maintained per current standards
How will you get here?
-Minimum of 4 years demonstrated applicable experience
-Professional certifications are a plus
-Working with engineering or other technical professionals
-Direct responsibility for purchasing, financial, or accounting activities
-Successfully managing multiple tasks across multiple projects
-Experience in project management is a plus
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
-Proficient in MS Office and project management tools
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Demonstrated team leadership and management skills
-Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with the ability to effectively prioritize activities
-Self-motivated with good problem solving, communication, and coordination skills
