Description

Summary:
Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, the Recruiter will coordinate the activities involved in building and maintaining the workforce. The Recruiter will support the HR department with recruiting, staffing, onboarding, and various projects. The Recruiter serves as the point of contact for managers and candidates throughout the hiring process. The recruiter will:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and drive the recruiting lifecycle: source, screens resumes, assess candidates via telephone interview, manage the interview process, debrief with hiring teams during the selection process, check references, and manage all remote, phone and on-site interview schedules.
- Establish and maintain solid working relationships with hiring managers.
- Tracks applicant funnel and metrics via excel
- Manage first-day information to candidates
- Ensure paperwork is completed, adhering to the company-s standard
- Implement company culture, values and policies into the talent acquisition efforts and hire to our culture
- Support Nexcelom-s social presence for talent acquisition purposes driving attractiveness and external social recruiting presence
- Accurately maintain employee related new hire content

Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor-s degree or related fields from an accredited institution.
- Experience recruiting in life sciences
- Entry level - 1-3 Years- experience in a corporate recruiting or staffing agency environment.
- Experience with key sourcing tools (Linked in, Indeed, job boards etc.)
- Capable of recruiting at all levels and ability to interact with highly educated candidates
- Systems capabilities: MS Office Suite including advanced Excel skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills and ability to manage to deadlines
- Effective communication skills (influential across written, verbal and presentation)
- Strong analytical skill and data analysis capabilities
- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail with excellent prioritization skills
- Willingness to learn and be involved on various projects
- Travel as needed

Job Type: 3 - 6 month contract. Temporary to permanent Full-time possible but not guaranteed.
