ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sets-up and operates the testing of the composite core to a prescribed bend radius. Reads and interprets procedures and guidelines. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks to complete goals. Works under general supervision. This is a partial list of required duties and responsibilities. The performance of other duties not listed may be become necessary as business conditions dictate.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: High school graduate or equivalent. Must have 0 to 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Follow documented processes using best and safe practices. Use and operate measuring instruments, such as calipers. Familiar with quality paperwork and understand ISO and quality control processes. Maintain a high degree of integrity in recording quality issues. Willingness to cross train and share knowledge and skills with others. Maintain required and accurate paperwork. Housekeeping/maintenance of work area and machinery. Identify and initiate product and process improvements. Safety- and goal-oriented. Must be capable of lifting 50 lbs. Operate various types of forklift and pallet jacks. Execute basic math skills. Perform in a team environment. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and re-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
