Position Title Office Assistant

Pay: $15 - $15.75

Duration Contract to hire 

Position Details:

This person will be sitting at the front reception desk of our customer and acting as the gate keeper of the building. The building is only accessible by key code or appointment

Ideal Years of Experience:

2-3+

Day To Day Duties:

  • Will be sitting at the front desk and will occasionally answer the phone and route the call to the correct party;
  • Assisting with Data Entry and entering PO's into their ERP system
  • Helping the company buyer with office supply & raw material purchases
  • “Other office duties will be assigned at random, so I would like someone who can wear many hats and isn't afraid of extra office work”;
  • May be asked to help with AP/AR responsibilities such as entering in invoice information and data entry of payments

Most ESSENTIAL Skillsets

  • Microsoft Office
  • Entry level phone skills
  • Types 30 WPM
  • General office experience with skills in data entry, reception, etc.
