Description
Kelly Services is helping a large paper converting manufacturer in Green Bay find Production Crew Members as soon as possible! Entry-level positions, no experience required.
Production Crew Members provide packaging assistance to the machine operator by performing general packaging duties to include, but not limited to: hand packing, wrapping, and palletizing of paper converted products such as toilet paper, paper towels, and napkins.

Essential Functions:
- Assist the machine operator by performing general packaging duties
- Inspect and rework products to meet customer quality criteria
- Build cardboard cartons and hand pack product
- Repetitively seal and palletize product cartons
- Operate shrink wrap equipment (Manual or Automated)
- Maintain clean and orderly work areas around machines and various departments
- Sanitation and cleaning duties
Pay Rate:
- $15.00/hour
- Direct hire-on after 400 hours worked
Current Available Schedules/Shifts:
- Rotation: 12-hour 2-2-3 bi-weekly rotation (Temp-to-Hire)
- 2 weeks working days, 2 weeks working nights
- 2-2-3 schedule
- 6:30am-6:30pm, or 6:30pm-6:30am
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have steel toed boots or shoes
- Ability to lift 10-40lbs repetitively
- Ability to stand for the entire duration of the shift
