Job Title: Product Manager

Product Managers are focused on delivering the highest quality user experience across all LES products and services, and all user personas for our applications. This role demands a strategic thinker who excels at crafting inventive solutions to challenging problems and questions. This person must communicate and collaborate effectively horizontally and vertically within the business, sitting at the junction of Software Development, IT, Client Services and Operations. A great Product Manager is an organized planner, intelligent communicator, decisive leader, and visionary product owner.
Primary Responsibilities:· Product Management for end-to-end participant experience for LES core lines of business -- Screenings/Diagnostics, Flu, Coaching, Full Circle Wellness · Product Management on a broad suite of technology products servicing external clients as well as internal users · Coordinate with Development and Data Engineering teams around work prioritization, requirements definition, timeline execution and rollout · Road map and back log management -- strategy, prioritization - coordination with dev team on sprint planning · Product requirement gathering, definition and documentation for the development and data engineering teams · Contribute to UI/UX design for software applications as well as offline participant engagement with services, including detailed mock-ups to support product requirements documentation · Manage and prioritize new feature requests for client-facing applications and services · Design, build and maintain operational processes for business stakeholder teams to interact with product and development teams -- report requests, feature requests and similar workstreams · Maintain awareness of industry trends and client/partner demands to support product strategy · Support Sales and Account Management representing technology product in client-facing meetings and presentations · Develop product documentation and training materials · Management of new feature rollouts, coordinating with marketing, operations and account management teams on timelines, communication, training, etc · Support development of standardized business processes around new product offerings or technology features · Ad-hoc tasks and projects as they come up
