As an outside field representative, will manage growth and retention in an assigned territory with additional responsibilities in the growth of new business. Provides ongoing service and problem solving in the assigned territory. This position will target new hospital reference laboratory opportunities. Develop relationships with all leaders inside the hospital administration. Ownership for onboarding new hospital reference laboratory business. Work with division and corporate HHS leadership to expand services beyond clinical reference testing (i.e. Integrated Oncology Integrated Genetics) The territory for this position covers Minnesota, South Dakota, North Dakota, Iowa and Nebraska. It is a large territory and ideally located in Minnesota, Iowa, or Nebraska. Ideal candidates will have hospital sales experience and strong account maintenance experience.
