POSITION: Lead Management Specialist REPORTS TO: Director of Sales Development
DIVISION: Commercial & Fleet LOCATION: Mt. Airy, NC
POSITION SUMMARY: The Lead Management Specialist position is responsible for supporting our stores and customers by connecting with customers via telephone, email, chat and social media and helping them identify, select and ultimately purchase the product they are seeking. The role is responsible for driving profitable sales and is measured on sales & gross margin dollars, contact volume, note/detail content, follow up and customer service. Must be great with customers and partnering with other team members
PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS:
To turn Leads into Sales and Margin dollars for our Leonard stores.
Connect with Leonard customers via incoming or outgoing telephone calls, chats, emails or social media inquiries, to engage in assisting the customer to identify, select and purchase the product they are looking for.
Manage numerous customer contacts and stay organized and up to date on follow-up and outstanding to-dos.
Work with store teams to create in-store appointments for customers to select, purchase or deliver/install the customers product choice.
Establish positive working relationship with internal subject matter experts to facilitate sales capabilities.
Use of Microsoft Office, ZOHO, Chat, Website and Counterpoint to facilitate the steps of transactions.
Functions as a business partner, with fellow lead team members, product support, Ecommerce, logistics, suppliers and other support teams to help provide excellence in customer support.
Work to leverage internal and external networks, thrive on understanding the company culture, focus on understanding the business and develop strong relationships and trust with the corporate center leaders and employees.
Make decisions regarding the functions of the Lead team to address initiatives, projects, training, and issues that arise during the day.
Demonstrate the Company's Values in the performance of all job functions.
5-10 years' experience managing leads and outbound sales.
5+ years managing vendors and sites.
Exceptional project planning and management skills.
Direct and indirect reports
Management of and reporting on the utilization of digital tools.
