Commercial Team

Job Scope

  • The Commercial Service Center Manager (CSC) oversees the performance of a Leslie's Commercial Service Center to ensure it is meeting or exceeding customer service standards, sales plans, profitability and warehouse operating procedures. The CSC Manager is directly responsible for growing the commercial customer base and building new customer accounts.

 

Day-to-Day

  • Manage sales plans, profit margins, payroll, and all controllable expenses
  • Responsible for effective execution of all company-developed programs
  • Establishes the expectation of providing excellent customer service through personal example and expectation
  • Responsible for warehouse inventory  


Requirements

  • Four years of exceptional outside sales experience
  • Minimum two years of management experience in sales environment
  • Prior experience in pool and spa industry preferred
  • Must be proactive and driven in the achievement of sales goals
  • Proven professional track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer literacy
  • BS or BA in a related field is preferred
