PURPOSE OF ROLE
The primary purpose of this role is to ensure accurate, timely release and functionality of tools for the Lowe's Pro B2B Sales team support projects that enable pro outside sales teams to effectively service and sell to the pro customer. This role supports the Lowe's Pro B2B Outside Sales team by providing and improving the tools and resources needed to sell effectively to large Pro customers. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to project management, content development, effective communication to internal and external business partners, leveraging data for insights and to drive improvements, strong connectivity with field partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Takes full ownership of assignments working with internal and external stakeholders to gain alignment and utilize resources moving quickly to develop a plan and the necessary action steps, identifying the impact to the overall business, solving for challenges in a proactive approach, and executing action steps to move the work forward to completion.
  • Creates and manages the continuous improvement of training materials and presentations with fully developed material, concepts, and appropriate format containing an overview and purpose to gain operator buy-in and to communicate effectively and efficiently with internal and external business partners.
  • Utilizes project management to assist in leading project teams and facilitating collaboration with cross-functional partners, assisting in the planning and implementation of full scale company rollouts of programs/initiatives by producing documents for teams and leadership to review with the purpose of being utilized by field partners, and by building connectivity with field leaders/associates to obtain feedback, operator buy-in and drive execution.
  • Performs analytics such as gathering data, project/strategy planning, data manipulation/utilization, and development of solutions to build skills and knowledge including self-development, team knowledge and customer (internal) knowledge maintaining brand standards and ensuring delivery of effective presentations to teams and executive leaders.

REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
  • 1+ years' Experience in B2B sales
  • Experience in the retail industry
OR
  • 5+ years' Experience in B2B sales
  • Experience in the retail industry
PREFERRED EDUCATON/EXPERIENCE
  • Experience in data analytics
  • Experience in a large sales organization
