Service Delivery is responsible for all implementation activities following order signature, from order placement through service activation; incorporating order verification, design, build, test and activate, with customer communication and updates through the implementation journey.
This is an exciting new role, who will play a lead part in planning and coordinating activities across multiple direct and indirect teams to implement the Service Delivery transformation strategy. This role shall work as a catalyst across Service Delivery and other key stakeholders to programme manage a transformation strategy - from being part of the strategic definition, through to the execution/implementation.The Main Responsibilities
Highly experienced operations/transformation professional with accomplishments managing transformation and/or business change.
Understands many of Transport, DWDM, Carrier Ethernet, MPLS/VPN, SD-WAN, Internet/IP, Voice/UC, Cloud, Hosting, Fibre, Colocation, Security and can talk authoritatively at a macro level, whilst having an eye for the micro level.
Enthusiastic and self-motivated, operating autonomously across functional silos, showing innovation and entrepreneurial qualities with a structured and methodical approach to execution, ensuring timelines are met, and benefits are realised.
Advocates digital & customer-first ethos, leading and driving change in mindsets as much as tangible deliverables.
Thrives leading in complex global environments, gaining credibility from front-line staff up to executive leadership.What We Look For in a Candidate
- Highly experienced in technology/network environments, preferably in a technical Service Delivery and/or cross-functional capacity – with some experience in a leadership/decision-making capacity
- Excellent knowledge of technical/system/process of Service Delivery processes
- High sense of prioritisation and ability to execute on deliverables
- Ability to zoom out to strategy and zoom into detail
- Experienced in the application of Process improvement, LEAN and Automation activities
- Strong analytical, data and process background
- Business transformation/process improvement experience required.
- Ability and drive to work remotely across multiple time zones to interact with Lumen teams across the world
