Job Title

Director, Business Development – New Digital FlowsOverview
Grow Mastercard's share of payments in emerging B2B and B2C flows in new industries like health care, cloud, digital ads, semiconductors etc.

•Lead a team focused on strategy development and execution for new flows
o Develop a pipeline of new flows from market research, to cold-calls/interviews, addressable market sizing, pilot, launch and revenue tracking
o Deep analysis of emerging verticals and identify pain points via cold-calls and interviews
o Stitch together a Product suite that can solve some key pain points
o Articulate long-term strategy to win disproportionate share of payments in emerging verticals
o Identify key partnership prospects and pitch opportunities to senior executives of strategic partners
o Articulate ideal end state of the partnership, the areas of engagement and the 5 year revenue potential
• Prospect, contact and contract new digital partners to drive penetration of Mastercard Digital products and solutions
• Play a key role to facilitate financial modeling / business case development for new business opportunities
• Work with Market, Account teams, Finance and Product teams to develop a value proposition for the digital partner based on Mastercard assets and services

• In-depth experience executing and managing business development strategies for large or complex countries/regions/industry verticals.
• Track record in achieving business development targets and building customer relationships, strong in internal and stakeholder management
• Experience in Payments preferred but not mandatory. Business Strategy and product management experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Demonstrated track record in managing teams and P&L targets

• Top tier MBA preferred but not mandatory

COVID-19 Considerations
