All About the Role
The Director for Sales & Servicing leads business development and sales for Data & Services in CEE. This person will drive the growth of our Retail & Commerce customer segment (e.g. retailers, airlines, hotels, consumer & packaged goods companies).
Expanding Mastercard's presence across Central Eastern Europe and driving our Retail and Consumer business line across the region as an individual salesperson.
Thoughtful approach to creating relevant and customized solutions for our clients leveraging various Mastercard Data & Services capabilities and assets
Ownership of the sales process from prospecting to executing commercial contracts
Work closely with executive team members to move sales processes into signed deals across the region.
Generate outstanding individual performance while fostering a team oriented environment within the sales group, and within other arms of Mastercard
All About You
Demonstrated excellence and career development in a sales role
Proven self-starter with record of success in team oriented environment
Sales experience preferably in analytics, data or professional services
Demonstrated experience selling solutions to c-level clients preferably in at least one of the following industries: retail, travel, hospitality, telco, restaurants, CPG
Good communication and persuasion skills, both written and oral
A proven aptitude for learning technical terms and developing an understanding of complex technical products
High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, and commitment
Bachelor's degree minimum
Fluency in English and a Central Eastern European Language
