As an Executive Talent Acquisition Sourcer Specialist, you will partner with the Executive recruiting team to provide direct sourcing support which includes engaging, assessing and activating talent for current and future searches. In this highly visible role, you will have the opportunity to work with multiple global stakeholders across human resources and the organization.
As a valued member of the Executive Talent Acquisition team you will work to identify, engage, and attract the best talent to Mastercard for a wide range of executive roles across the organization.
Develop and utilize innovative sourcing techniques to develop diverse pools of talent to help drive Mastercard's strong commitment to Diversity & Inclusion.
Conduct phone screens with applicants to ensure candidates referred to Executive Recruiter meet minimum qualifications and are an organizational fit for the company.
Ensure all executive talent acquisition candidates are captured in our CRM (SmashFly).
Capture all competitive research and market intelligence in our database to strengthen our talent sourcing capabilities.
Support the VP Executive Talent Acquisition with the creation and delivery of monthly / quarterly reports and metrics dashboard utilizing a variety of tools to perform statistical analysis.
Create and proof read ad copy to ensure all external job postings are clear, concise, professionally written, and in line with Mastercard employer brand/branding guidelines.
Provide back up support for scheduling candidate phone screens and interviews when needed.
Deliver against Sourcing key performance indicators.
All about you:
Minimum of 5+ years demonstrated success in identifying, engaging and activating talent in a Talent Sourcing capacity ideally within a Fortune 500 organization.
Experience supporting Executive Talent Acquisition highly preferred.
Experience working with recruiting and people-related tools and systems, including applicant tracking systems, resume databases, internet sourcing tools and complex spreadsheets.
Strong Excel skills required; experience with Pivot Tables & Chart creation for reporting purposes.
Experience with CRM data entry & management; experience with SmashFly a plus
Outstanding communication and organizational skills with a track record of delivering a world-class candidate experience.
Self-starter with the ability to work with agility and adaptability and strive for continuous improvement.
Possess a global, inclusive mindset and works in a highly collaborative manner with all team members.
Experience multitasking, prioritizing, and delivering results.
