Focused on thinking big and scaling fast around the globe, this agile team is responsible for end-to-end solutions for a diverse global customer base. Centered on data-driven technologies and innovation, these services include payments-focused consulting, loyalty and marketing programs, business Test & Learn experimentation, and data driven information and risk management services.
Within the Data & Services organization, Loyalty and Managed Services places Mastercard at the heart of our customer's B2C and B2B marketing strategies. Our vision is to become the partner of choice for Issuers and Merchants leveraging our solutions to drive our Client's most profitable customer engagements and Mastercard Preference.
As part of the global Managed Services business, you will be responsible for:
a) building marketing product capabilities that leverage data and a diverse suite of performance driven, best-in-class digital marketing capabilities to enable B2B2C implementation with external and internal business stakeholders in China
b) driving and supporting digital and integrated marketing initiatives, payments/card product management and processes
c) fostering strong internal and external partnerships to address key business challenges and evidence our strategic value so as to garner new business opportunities and engagements
d) identifying and working with external marketing partners with effective platforms, capabilities, expertise and innovative solutions to forge partnerships that provide effective strategies and solutions to best support business growth
e) developing and applying best practices across the region, identifying opportunities to both import and export marketing best practices and solutions
f) managing product P&L and provide marketing and administrative support to the team
g) being a marketing SME to internal and external stakeholders to implement marketing initiatives that drive optimal returns and results
h) contributing to thought leadership in evolving our products supporting the Global and Regional MS strategy
