Job TitleOffers Product ManagerDrive the scale, customer success, and impact of the Offers product-line within the Data & Services group at Mastercard.
Core responsibilities include:
- End-to-end management of product strategy, vision, and go to market
- Work with regional teams to establish P&L for individual product lines and establish clear GTM to achieve goals.
- Publish and maintain up to date roadmap(s) that articulate path to execute GTM
- Provides thought leadership and competitive analysis
- Creates and maintains up to date product documentation and sales materials
- Establishes and tracks to product KPIs
- Establishes global pricing strategy for product line.
Build the most innovative and best performing offers platform in the market
End-to-end ownership for key products and projects, from ideation through delivery and ongoing refinement
Work with external stakeholders (financial institutions, merchants, and end-customers) to define the product strategy
Manage/evolve the product roadmap to ensure continued strong performance in the marketplace
Work with the platform management and engineering team to execute on the product vision
Leverage big-data analytics to optimize product performance
Manage internal and external cross-functional resources
Serve as a company/product representative with customers, at conferences, in the press, etc
Participate in executive-level discussions internally and externally
Demonstrated ability to create and scale compelling product
Knowledge of offers, rewards, and/or loyalty platforms
Experience working with financial institutions and/or with performance-based marketers
Strong leadership skills and abilities
Balance between execution ability (get things done) and creative ability (coming up with the right solution)
Strong skills in critical thinking, problem solving, and defining products that address all the relevant use-cases
Comfortable working directly with technical teams and cross-functional groups to efficiently develop, test, and launch new products
Experience with A/B testing, user testing, and making data-driven decisions to enhance products/features
Passion for building and shipping great products
Team player with excellent communication skills both oral and written
Combination of technical competence, business skills and a consumer marketing mindset
Bachelors degree, technical background preferred
