Job Title

Snr Specialist – SEA Loyalty•Summary
The Senior Specialist (loyalty program manager) has end-to-end accountability to assist and support our customer's rewards programs with options, insights and solutions. The Program Manager will collaborate throughout the Data and Services organization with responsibility and accountability for overall customer satisfaction in partnership with Sales, Product, Services, Biz Ops, and Delivery.

Role
• Senior Specialist Program Manager is responsible for end-to-end assistance and support to oversee launch of new program and run existing program effectively within loyalty product suit.
• Develop and Lead Client Loyalty Programs including: Program Management, Strategic Planning, Campaign & Marketing Plans, P&L Forecasting, and Client Relationship Building
• This role is the first point of contact for operational, requirement gathering, delivery, performance and servicing of the program.
• Support divisional lead and work with sales team as well as client to capture program implementation requirement and documentation like BRD, SOW, project request form etc.
• Assist divisional lead in assessing and overseeing the implementation of new program and highlight the key issues for escalation if any before/during implementation.
• Provides project oversight, management and coordination with cross-functional teams (Customer Delivery, CIS, Biz Ops)
• Review the program enhancement request and assess the feasibility of enhancement seeking help from program manager/product owner.
• Provide regular program performance reports and Support program manager in terms of provide data for further details analysis.
• Work with program manager to proactively assesses and identify the opportunity to x-sell/upsell existing program.
• Communicate to client about schedule system outages, program enhancement etc.
• Perform market level intel to understand the landscape, new development etc.

All About You:
• Project management skills, highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Analytical, investigative and problem-solving skills
• Customer service or customer management experience is preferred
• Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills
• Expert in PC skills including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Ability to adapt to changes in a demanding work environment
• Previous loyalty experience is preferred; credit card experience optional
• Minimum of Bachelor's degree required
