Technical Account Manager (TAM)

Overview

The TAM is expected to deliver high quality, comprehensive support to CipherTrace customers by contributing to a technical team chartered to provide support services to the CipherTrace customer base. They participate directly to provide subject matter expertise for the product suite in a fast paced, dynamic environment; handling daily operations by addressing queues, projects and initiatives to ensure satisfaction with internal stakeholders, partners and end customers.

TAMs both work as individual contributors and can manage Accounts and Projects in matrixed teams.

 

In this role, you will :

Triage, diagnose, and facilitate satisfactory resolutions to service issues by identifying requirements, with a bias towards urgency, formulating appropriate action plans, and utilizing time effectively. Use of creative solutions within technical support parameters when no established procedure exists is encouraged. Interface effectively with other CipherTrace departments in order to provide overall workstream effectiveness.

Work within the department to implement enhancements within the CX function.

 

All About You

Excellent technical and soft skills, dedicated to customer service.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with internal and external stakeholders. A self-regulating ability to manage conflict in situations constructively.

Ability to multi task and prioritize tasks, time manage, and practice detail oriented organizational skills.

Familiarity with Linux based OS distributions, SQL syntax, Cloud based deployments, REST based APIs.

 

Nice To Have

Technical Knowledge of gRPC, Cloud (AWS and/or GCP) technologies (e.g. Kubernetes, Terraform), scripting and/or shell languages (e.g Python, Go, BASH),

Non-Technical knowledge of the Cryptocurrency space, DeFi, Blockchains/DLTs, Financial Regulation, CRM software (e.g. Hubspot, Service Desk), Agile methods (e.g. Kanban), JIRA, Confluence.

Language skills: Spanish, Portuguese, Mandarin, French
