Director of Quality
The Administrative Director, Quality is responsible for administering the overall Quality Management strategy for Medical Center of Alliance in accordance with the HCA strategy. This position is also responsible for statistical management and oversight of critical path development. The Director is responsible for Value Based purchasing deliverables (Core Measures, HCAHPS, HACs, Readmissions). Finally, this position will oversee Patient Safety, Case Management, Risk, Infection Control and Regulatory Compliance
Effectively allocates financial, physical and human resources to ensure that operations are effective and efficient
Effectively interprets and acts upon budget reports
Completes a cost/benefits analysis on business plans
Implements effective cost containment strategies
Advances organizational mission
Ensures Department/Unit provides positive customer service
Identifies critical changes required to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Establishes clear Operational Unit goals and hold staff accountable for their responsibilities and performance
Medical City Alliance is a 75-bed, acute care hospital that opened in February 2015. The three-story, 155,000 square foot full-service facility serves the communities of Fort Worth, Keller, Roanoke, Haslet, Saginaw and surrounding communities in northern Tarrant county and southern Denton county. Medical City Alliance offers a full range of services, specializing in women's, cardiology, robotic-assisted laparoscopic surgery, and emergency care and has been recognized by The Joint Commission for the Hospital Accreditation Program for 2015.

QualificationsPOSITION QUALIFICATIONS A. Education/Skills Bachelors Degree, Masters preferred. B. Experience 3 years management experience required, 5 years preferred. At least 2 years hospital quality management, with a minimum of 5 years clinical nursing/or relevant healthcare experience. C. Licenses, Registrations and/or Certifications Texas State RN license or compact license is accepted; Texas State RN license required 30 days after hire. Advanced certification preferred.
