Schedules and monitors activity of the EVS department. Performs varied clerical and secretarial duties requiring an understanding of the department and its programs and procedures. Carries out recurring office procedures and appropriately selects action based on established guidelines. Performs Epic and Kronos editing, reporting, and troubleshooting. Types certified letters and other correspondence as needed. Coordinates Thank You Card reporting. Answers the phone and directs calls. Assists patients as needed by routing service phone calls appropriately. Updates EVS' phone list and Team Directory. Copies, files, and distributes counselings to appropriate leaders. Receives direction from supervisor and staff and submits completed work for approval. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, guiding principles and Mercy Standards. Performs all other duties as assigned.Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum of one year previous general clerical experience.
- Other: Accurately types 50 wpm and must have knowledge of computers.
- Preferred Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
