Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling activities of the assigned areas of responsibility.

Qualifications:

Because you're committed to excellence, you understand the importance of being properly prepared for your role at Mercy. That's why you'll bring to your role the right set of qualifications:

 

Education: Associate degree required. .
Licensure: Registered Respiratory Therapist licensed in the State of Oklahoma
Experience: Eight to ten years of clinical experience required and five or more years in a leadership position.

Other: Need well developed communication, interpersonal skills, and writing skills. Able to develop and effectively deliver oral presentations, successfully direct the operations of multiple departments and/or units, and develop and implement department operating budget. Can effectively applying counseling techniques in the resolution of staff conflict. Can identify and recommend training needs of coworkers
Preferred Education: Bachelor degree
Preferred Experience: Previous supervisory experience preferred.
