Under the general supervision of the Physical Therapy Supervisor Rehab Department at Mercy according to departmental policies and procedures regarding referral, standards of treatment, performs objective assessments, as well as comprehensive individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients. Responsible for direct supervision of patients, indirect supervision of rehabilitation technicians and general supervision of Occupational Therapy Assistants. Will perform all work with accord to the mission, vision, and values of Mercy. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.
Education: Bachelor or Master of Science in Occupational Therapy.
Licensure: Current Oklahoma license of Occupational Therapy or registry eligible.
Certifications: Current CPR
Preferred Experience: Six months to one year experience is preferred for Rehab Occupational Therapist. Prefer experience with caring for patients of all ages.
