Mercy has just launched volunteer shifts for the vaccination clinics across our service area to assist with the support and administration of the COVID-19 vaccine. This non-benefit eligible role offers flexible scheduling options and could continue for up to six months, with the opportunity for you to transition into a full-time position! Performs various activities in support of patient care staff, as assigned. Checks in / registers patient for vaccination. Collects required information. Assists patients with completion of required paperwork. Restocks supplies and retrieves equipment as directed by patient care staff. Continuously shows the ability to work well with other co-workers and supports all functions as requested and required.
- Required Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred Experience: Two years customer service experience.
- Other: Basic computer skills helpful, data entry training will be provided.
