Job Title: Case Manager Co-Responder

Salary: Starting salary dependent upon experience. Plus Cost of Living Allowance.
Utilizes a variety of treatment approaches to work with a diverse population. Provides therapeutic and case management services, specifically discharge planning and aftercare of patient hospitalization. Patient population could include children, adults, individuals, couples, and groups.
The Case Manager Co-Responder is employed by Mind Springs Health and works with the PACT (Pitkin Area Co-responder Teams) program. The purpose of the PACT program is to support law enforcement on mental health calls for service and, when possible, divert individuals with behavioral health disorders or symptoms from involvement in the criminal justice system, engaging them in treatment and/or social services instead.
This position partners closely with law enforcement officers and deputies to provide on scene mobile response, intervention, evaluation and disposition to individuals with behavioral health disorders or symptoms. Will also collaborate with a PACT Peer Specialist and Clinician III.
Bachelor's degree required; preferably in human services or related field. Previous experience with substance abuse and mental health-related case management and treatment. Minimum of two (2) years human service related experience preferred. Current valid Colorado Driver's License required. Certified Addiction Counselor II or III is strongly preferred. Extra pay for bilingual skills (English/Spanish). Bilingual skill preferred.
