Job Summary and Qualifications

• The Patient Flow Coordinator ensures high quality, patient-centered care by facilitating the throughput of patients within the Emergency Department to provide optimum efficiency of department resources and timely management of patient care.
• The Patient Flow Coordinator evaluates staffing matrix and patient volume patterns to identify optimal staffing schedules. The Patient Flow Coordinator supports patient safety initiatives and quality improvement activities that promote the vision, mission, and values of the organization.

What qualifications you will need:

• Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma Required
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Preferred •
• 2+ years applicable experience Required Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
• BLS, ACLS, PALS

This role requires you to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and /or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved).
