This role is responsible for developing & growing the category sales of Mondelez Ireland, across our categories in the Convenience and Grocery Channel, engaging the customers through the Perfect Store tools & implementing the agreed Joint Business Plan across the customer base.
. Create & manage an annual Territory plan to deliver Monthly/Quarterly/Annual category & revenue KPI's . Full understanding of category & insights knowledge, using the Category tools to engage & influence retailers to make informed decisions that will grow our categories & deliver Mondelez annual KPI's Targets . Conduct a Perfect Store assessment in each store, engage with customers to develop evolving robust business relationships and gain a full understanding of their business and align joint needs . Develop an understanding of Mondelez Category display standards and the category rationale that supports them; develop an understanding of the Mondelez activity plan for each customer & deliver in full.
. Create & manage Best in class Joint Business Plans to achieve category & Mondelez growth across our key Symbol customers
. You will have accountability for developing & growing our non-symbol retail account base and the key AFH accounts within your geographical Territory. . Build strong relationships with the internal (NAM's/CM/Cat/Insights) & external(store development/External Accounts teams) stakeholders . Deliver commercial propositions using rigorous analytical analysis . Sell full category order in every store . Manage data (epos) across the call universe to support the category plans in-store
. Manage the execution of the Joint Business Plan through the third party Merchandising Partner . Ensure on shelf availability of all product SKU's and promotional execution compliance. . Complete store audit data at the end of each call . Convert as many stores as possible to Perfect store based on Territory plan . Know the ethical and legal compliance responsibilities of the position; raise questions and concerns when faced with an ethical or compliance issue; apply integrity in all aspects of professional conduct
