Purpose of the role:

• This role covers the Mondelez Europe CS&L Customer Tower projects, schedules and changes portfolio.
• The job holder will work closely with the Area and MEU OTC/CLD teams to ensure aligned process and governance is in place.
• Our mission is to drive visibility of and tracking of the portfolio of projects, which supports decisions on the project portfolio and this role is critical to ensure that projects are managed, and visibility is clear for key stakeholders. The role ensures effective cycle and content of the Tower meetings and up-to-date SharePoint sites and PMO tools.


• Coordinate the CS&L Customer Tower project management process for approval, governance and issue escalation
• Coordinate all new project requests with Area PMOs and run the monthly project governance meeting
• Ensure Regional Project approval is in line with the Protocol (correct approvals and log)
• Be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the PMO tool as enabler of the project management process and embeds best practice use of the tool. Define and recommend future developments/improvements of the PMO tool to increase efficiency, managing the supplier relationship and contract
• Generate MEU scorecards and reporting for tracking and managing the portfolio
• Create and administrate all SharePoint sites for the need of MEU CS&L Customer Tower (OTC and CLD functions)
• Organize and facilitate the Tower's meeting cycles ensuring meeting effectiveness as participation and content. Keep records, maintain the action logs and follow up on actions due.


• Relevant University Degree
• Experienced Project/Program Manager, in the Supply Chain environment
• Experience of pan-European program management and organisation
• 3+ years experience in Supply Chain
• Attention to detail & strong analytical skills, ability to manage complexity
• Strong stakeholder management skills in a multicultural environment
• Budgetary control, management and resource allocation skills
• Excellent communication and influencing skills at senior levels
• Fluent English (written & spoken)

• In-depth understanding of OTC and LO processes, cost structure and drivers
