The Project Manager, Master Shopper Lead, Information Business Services NA will lead the Master Shopper (MS) community within the North America, while managing the Coupa system by business partnering with key stakeholders including, but not limited to, Accenture, Accounts Payable, VMaaS, CMaaS, ITS, Business Functions, HR Learning & Capability, HR Change Management, Procurement Spend Areas, Procurement Operations, Procurement Specialists.
Main Responsibilities: · Manage & approve access to Coupa through the Master Shopper [MS] certification process. · Develop and maintain Coupa, MS training materials and other stakeholder training materials in partnership with HR Learning & Development, HR Change Management, ITS teams & other MS Regional Leads. · Deliver training & iQA bar sessions in partnership with Accenture [ACCN] & other business partners such as Accounts Payable and VMaaS teams. · Be the point of contact / escalation / project support for groups such as MS, Finance, Procurement Spend Areas (SA's) & Procurement Specialists, Accounts Payable, STP Capability, HelpDesk [Procurement Operations Centre (POC) & Technical], Cost Object Approvers, POC, ACCN business partner, VMaaS team, CMaaS team. · Prepare & deliver defined communications to the various stakeholder's groups on a defined regular or ad-hoc basis using various mediums such as email, Yammer, Lync meeting, etc. · Provide system support to the Mondelēz (MDLZ) / Coupa/ ITS teams such as assisting with testing of Coupa system enhancements. · Create & maintain content on the Global Master Shopper Portal in partnership with other Regional MS Leads and the ITS team. · Monitor & report progress on defined KPI's on a scheduled regular or ad-hoc basis in scheduled regular meetings or in ad-hoc stakeholder alignment sessions. · Report & track progress on the overall MS Optimization strategy on a scheduled regular or ad-hoc basis in scheduled regular meetings or in ad-hoc stakeholder alignment sessions linked to KPI reporting.
- Bachelor's degree is required such as in Business or Project Management
- 6 or more years of work experience ideally with experience with Project Management and Change Management
- Experience with Coupa is a strongly preferred
- Strong technical system experience (i.e. excel experience)
- Ability to manage multiple & diverse stakeholders
- Previous experience working in large, multi-national companies
- Proven ability to develop strong relationships and partnerships with internal and external customers and peers and effectively manage those relationships
