Mondelez International is looking for vacancy: Shopper & Analyst Insights.
Supports the development of shopper insight & analytics initiatives and implementation of strategies through the use of shopper, consumer and marketplace information and applications under the direction of their manager. Assist in identifying business information needs, addressing customer, shopper and category needs through primary and secondary data collection, analysis, reporting, and presentation.
Coordinate projects under the guidance from a Senior Manager.
Able to work with and integrate various types of data and turn information into implications. Ability to support 2 different areas in common matters.
Develop a thorough understanding of the market, shopper and consumers in order to effectively advise in company objectives and strategies.
Lead the relationship with Nielsen and Kantar and coordinate projects of Market Information products/services, Communication Tracking (Brand Health Tracking), Shopper understanding, strategic qualitative/quantitative research projects, assuring the quality, accuracy and timely availability of the information obtained.
Ensure that all relevant market/ consumer/shopper information is organized and available to meet company business needs.
Lead effective analysis and reports, maximizing the use of all information available to enhance strategic planning and business decision-making.
Identify new business opportunities thorough the monitoring of behaviour macro-trends and key Brazil socio-economic indicators.
Diffuse consumer/shopper oriented perspective to the Marketing and Trade teams and to other company areas of the Organization.
Support Demand Spaces deployment and retail activation in Brazil.
Social Science, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics degree preferred.
Knowledge on interpreting marketing information data and in depth understanding of consumer, shopper, trade and macro-economics data sources.
Solid knowledge in Market Research and proven and relevant knowledge in qualitative/quantitative projects management.
Strong knowledge of business practices.
Solid understanding of the company business planning, product development and brand management process.
Strong quantitative analytical skills.
Demonstrated team work ability.
Ability to integrate and assimilate consumer information to provide a brand business perspective and brand/category recommendations.
