Neogen is looking for a Human Genetics Market Development Manager

The Human Genetics Market Development Manager is responsible for developing systems and tools to drive optimal sales performance and to provide regular reports on the market trend and competitor activities. They will be required to lead, inspire, and direct both the tactical and strategic activities of Human GS Sales. The Market Development Manager will also ensure achievement in sales objectives in line with the Company's vision.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Build solid, trusting, and measurable relationships with internal customers and product development groups

  • Ensure sales plan is achieved for the North American Human Genetics Services

  • Develop, track and grow customized sales territory and regional plans

  • Approves and assists in the generation of non-standard customer agreements for North American and Global accounts

  • Directly assists in high value customer accounts to facilitate the sale of Human Genetic Services

  • Develops and refines new sales tools and processes ​

  • Actively communicates and reviews strategies for North American Human GS with Director of Sales and Marketing

  • Effectively utilize company resources regarding company budget expenses.

  • Participates and assists in the coordination of US based Conferences and workshops

  • Assists in the identification and development of new sales personnel as required
