Qualifications

Noblis ESI is seeking a Contract Specialist for their Chantilly location:

-Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years' experience in federal contracts administration

-Experience in contracts office administration and contracts management

-Experience with invoicing, tracking, and payment distribution

-Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills

-Track and respond to office tasking, meeting summaries and update office calendars

-Working knowledge of contracting concepts

-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

-Ability to maintain confidentiality, handle sensitive acquisition and contract data

-Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and to work independently with minimal supervision

-Must be able to demonstrate excellent relationship building and management skills

-Expected to seek and assume higher levels of responsibility, manage time effectively across more than one initiative, and apply sound technical judgment

-Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills

-Must possess an active TS/SCI security clearance with a Counter-Intelligence Polygraph

Desired

-Master's Degree and 6-10 years of contract office experience

-NRO, IC, or DoD government contract specialist experience

-NRO contracts management policies, processes, and tools (such as EPX)



Responsibilities

Noblis ESI is looking for a driven, strategic, passionate, and detail-oriented Contract Specialist to join our workforce to perform contract administration functions within a government contracting office.

 

The Contract Specialist will:

-Prepare minor contract modifications and associated documentation such as funding, award fee, period of performance extension, and administrative modifications

-Prepare and submit expired contracts into contract close-out

-Provide office management support, such as logistical, typing, document review for content and format, scanning, filing, and calendar management

-Maintain the most up to date, final, versions in the "Gold Standard" contract files

-Develop and maintain tracking system for internal and external actions, data-calls, and product and report deliveries

-Facilitate and coordinate meeting invites, calendar scheduling, reserving conference rooms, and establishing virtual interaction

-Develop and maintain file plan and maintain files in accordance with records management policies and procedures

-Must have an active Top Secret/SCI clearance with a Counter-Intelligence Polygraph
