Description

Can you offer experience working as a Logistics/Data Entry Clerk coordinating shipments to a position? There is a great Logistics Clerk opportunity through OfficeTeam for North Miami Beach, Florida candidates. If you can confidently coordinate with vendors, arrange shipments, and process customer orders you're a good candidate for this position. Ideal candidates for this role can also be responsible for performing a heavy amount of data entry and customer service functions. This is a part time opportunity. What you get to do every day: - Approve freight bills and process bills of lading - Watch, trace, and help dispatch & progress of orders on time and to meet delivery requirements - Conform to guidelines for approving carriers - Follow-up with carriers, as necessary - Perform various administrative duties - Express and integrate with inventory and sales management; warehouse; logistics for service changes If you are interested in the role and looking for part time work, please email your resume to melanie.sosa@officeteam.com

Requirements

- Data entry, document management, file creation and previous records experience required - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset - Ability to operate basic office equipment, complete general office work and route incoming materials - General familiarity with QuickBooks - Demonstrated knowledge of numeric data entry - Inventory experience highly preferred - 2+ years' experience with shipping/logistics
