The Robert Half Healthcare Practice has an immediate full-time opening with a growing Healthcare Organization! We are excited to partner with this successful and expanding firm in the Downtown Indianapolis area to help secure the newest members of their team! The full-time Member Services Representative will work a schedule of up to 40 hours weekly. Multiple different shifts available! Grow with this company and play a vital role in this rewarding Member Services Representative position! The ideal candidate would be someone who is level-headed, reliable, and committed to success. As the Member Services Representative, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: providing advanced inbound customer service for all Indiana Medicaid members and providers, answering questions regarding pharmacy coverage and claims processing, and using a multi-line phone system to respond to inquiries concerning in-network pharmacy locations, general coverage inquiries, and medication pricing. The hours for this Member Services Representative would be 2nd shift, between the hours of 10:00am and 7:30pm. The requirements of the Member Services Representative include, but are not limited to: 1+ years experience in customer service (call center preferred), proficiency with computers, software systems, data entry, and Microsoft Office Suite, strong time-management skills - including the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities, strong customer-orientation, ability to maintain a positive attitude with customers and internal personnel at all times, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work overtime as needed to support department goals, prior experience working with Medicaid and/or with government healthcare (highly preferred).
