We seek someone with the skills and abilities to succeed in this challenging career. The short-term temporary-to-full-time Project Assistant role will be based in Indianapolis, Indiana. Major responsibilities: - Handling any needed travel and accommodation arrangements for training seminars, conferences and other project-related events - Helping maintain project deliverable schedules by organizing team meetings and communication per project specifications to support Project Managers - Taking minutes at meetings and maintaining records of assignments and progress - Conducting research online for information - Analyzing data, developing reports, proofreading and editing documents, and preparing presentations - Aid project teams by providing administrative, technical and clerical support - Ensuring key partners receive project information - Seeking further information to fill in gaps of incomplete documents

Requirements

- Ability to multitask and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds - High school diploma or its equivalent required; a BA/BS degree in business, communications, or related field is highly preferred - Microsoft Project, JIRA, Mavenlink, and NetSuite experience is preferred - Demonstrated abilities with the Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook - At least 1 year of business/office experience - Foundational knowledge in Salesforce.com - Customer Support experience highly preferred - Adeptness in Supply Management - Experience with Predictive Analytics - Data Analytics experience highly valued - Salesforce Administration experience preferred - Comprehension of Marketing Analytics - Hands-on experience with Quantitative Analytics - Previous experience working with Business Analytics - Salesforce Integration experience desired - Strong familiarity with supply chain management - Data Transformation experience highly desired - Salesforce Marketing experience required - Knowledge of Supply Chain Logistics - Demonstrated knowledge of Answer Customer - Prior experience with SAP - Good understanding of Analytics Solutions - Comprehensive knowledge of Global Supply Chain - Supply Chain Modules experience - Experience with Supply Inventory - Adeptness in Data Transfer - Background working with order entry - Practical knowledge of Customer Account - Earlier work involving analytics - Proficiency in Salesforce Platform - General familiarity with CRM - Attention to detail and demonstrated ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement - Be creative, adaptive, and eager to learn new technical skill sets - Knowledge of database and file management
