Position Description: The Human Resources Supervisor (HRS) will supervisor and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the HR staff. Ensures staff are trained and have the necessary resources and time to perform HR functions. Performs all duties and responsibilities in compliance with OneLegacy policies and federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The HRS must maintain knowledge of principles and practices of Human Resources to include regulatory and legal competencies.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or similar degree. PHR, SPHR, Ca-PHR or similar certification preferred. 4+ years of experience in Human Resources, with strong HR Generalist or Supervisory background.
