We are seeking a talented individual who has a demonstrated capability to source qualified restaurant management candidates for our Pacific Northwest, Rocky Mountain and Grand Plateau markets. Currently there are 205 stores in this area and we are growing. This is a work from home position and you may live in Seattle, Portland or some other major city in the PNW area. You will work closely with the Regional Human Resources Manager and will be in charge of developing effective sourcing strategies with input from the Regional HR Manager and Director. This person should have experience sourcing candidates for high volume restaurant, retail, hospitality or manufacturing where there was rapid growth and turnover; be highly disciplined in the skill of Behavioral Interviewing and ensures a positive applicant experience through the interviewing and hiring process. Experience in sourcing through non-traditional social media websites such as LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Facebook, etc. is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree a plus
- 5+ years field recruiting within a restaurant, retail, hospitality or manufacturing industry
- Sourcing experience including cold calling, lead generation and creative sourcing methodologies
- Previous working experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably Taleo and computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Professional presence, strong written and verbal communications skills
- Self motivated and self disciplined; able to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision
- Excellent listening and assessment skills
- Solid understanding of employment laws
