Position Description: Integral “on-site” member of a DOD space systems architecture analysis, systems engineering and acquisition program office. Perform systems engineering analyses and develop system/operational requirements for OPIR and other phenomenology space based sensor system (including space and ground segments). Define analysis requirements and collaborate with analysis/M&S team. Develop and report systems engineering outputs. Collaborate with program office/development activities. Collaborate with program office/validation activities. Participate in parent organization's “system-of-systems” systems engineering processes. Identify process changes required to integrate systems engineering information/documentation.
Clearance Requirement: Active TS/SCI, or available for activation
Citizenship: US Citizen
Locations: Ft Belvoir, VA; and, Alexandria, VA
Travel: Occasional CONUS Travel
Education: Bachelors degree and 15+ years of experience or Masters degree and 12+ years of experience.Must be eligible to obtain and maintain, or currently possess Top Secret SCI clearance.
