Description

To assist the legal department in administration, implementation, and quality control of contracts, as well as various administrative duties and filings by reviewing signed agreements for new clients or current clients adding additional products.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage large document review projects.
  • Process incoming agreements for approval.
  • Managing the shared inbox and making sure that all work is distributed.
  • Make determination on signed client agreements are approved.
  • Provide assistance with various administrative duties.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Certification:

  • High School diploma or equivalent; bachelors degree preferred.

Experience:

  • Required: 3+ years of administrative experience
  • Preferred: Previous legal or compliance experience

Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining organization and timely completion of projects.
  • High standard of excellence in attention to details, deadlines, policies and procedures, as well as a record of low error levels.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with computers, specifically Microsoft office suite
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work various department functions.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form.
  • Ability to handle a number of high priority projects simultaneously and effectively.
  • Self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision.
  • Flexible and cooperative in fulfilling all obligations.
